We understand all dogs are different andvary in sizes, so please make sure to measure your dogs before buying iSafeCare’s product. Always look at the size charts in every product page for neck length, chest girth and back length to confirm the size before placing your order. If you have any other questions regarding the sizes and our products, please feel free to contact us via support@isafecare.com. Our customer support team is always here to help!

Under such circumstances, you can always order the next size up if your dog falls between measurements.

iSafeCare’s products are designed, developed, and tested by a team of zealous dog lovers worldwide. We also have our own manufacturing plant in China with over 10 years’ manufacturing experience in sportswear and pet essentials. Our plant complies with all the major international standards so please be rest assured about our product quality.

Shipping

iSafeCare ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with free shipping for orders over $29. We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. International orders do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

To ensure every delivery is on time, for domestic orders in the U.S. we are using Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment Network to make sure your order will be carefully and seamlessly fulfilled. For international orders, we will use trustworthy and secure carriers including but not limited to Fedex, DHL and UPS. Shipping and related import fees and taxes apply for non-US orders.

Currently Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment Network typically delivers your item(s) in 3-5 business days within the U.S. Two-day shipping and express shipping options are available for states within the Continental U.S., whose prices vary and are provided upon your special request. For international orders, please expect an additional 3-5 business days.

In case of damages or defects caused by shipping, delivery or other courier services, we understand it is not your responsibility at all so we would ship another ordered item(s) to you, free of charge.

Unfortunately, no. At this stage, we would love to optimize your shipping and delivery experience so your order will be shipped and delivered door-to-door.

Payments

We accept the global payments via the following methods: PayPal, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

If you opt to pay with your credit card, you need the exact name (preferably in BLOCK LETTERS) printed on the card, the full card number, the expiry month and year, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code printed on the back side of the card. This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, is entered during the purchase process.

Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal servers, so you can make payments to iSafeCare without us ever seeing your financial information. Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@isafecare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@isafecare.com. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Yes, you are responsible for the additional fees include shipping, handling, duties and other charges if any. Typically USPS Parcel/First-Class is the cheapest for U.S. domestic shipping.

We understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear, and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to support@isafecare.com to see what we can do for you.
